At Keepsake Snaps, every order is handcrafted with love and care just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your keepsakes to your door.

Processing Time

Because each item is made by hand, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it's shipped. We'll send you a notification as soon as it's on its way!

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

We offer a flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders shipped within Australia. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via standard post. Free local delivery is applied at checkout automatically for orders delivered within 15kms of East Maitland, NSW 2322.

New Zealand

We're happy to ship to our neighbours across the Tasman! Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $20 AUD, or you can choose a carrier-calculated rate at checkout via Australia Post MyPost Business for the most accurate pricing based on your location. Estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days once dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow your keepsake every step of the way.
