Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:

As your order is one of a kind, and fully customised with your photos, we do not accept returns. If your product is faulty, photographic proof is required within 30 days of purchase for a replacement to be sent. A refund will only be issued at the discretion of Keepsake Snaps.
